Programming Language & Server Requirements
Our auction software is programmed in PHP with a MySQL database. Your must have the latest versions of PHP and MySQL on your server. If not we can host the auction system for you on our servers for an affordable monthly fee.

Password Protected
Secured access to auction management. Requires username and password to access the admistration area.

Web-Based Auction Administration Panel
Web-based administration panel leading to all functions for ease of use. Realty Webware products require no special programming knowledge. They can be used by anyone after they are installed.

You can also allow others to sell and set up auctions, if you wish. Admin status can be given in each county to whoever you wish, such as real estate agents or home sellers.

Add, Edit and Delete Auctions
From the online admin panel you can add, edit or delete auctions through your web browser at any time. You can add "bid online auctions" and/or announce live "onsite auctions".

You are able to add four paragraphs about your company and edit it whenever you wish through in the Auction Management panel.

Easily add, edit and delete frequently asked questions and answers at any time.

Edit Feature Boxes
Easily add, edit and delete photos and text in left side feature boxes. You can add an image, tow lines of text and a link. These are editable by county.

Forget Password
Users can retrieve a forgotten password automatically.

Automatic Auction Alerts
Users can sign up for automatic auction alerts in all 50 states or choose a specific state. They will be notified each time a new auction is added.
